Getting Around - Transportation Options in Rome

Here are links for more transportation options in Rome. Here is the Italian train website in English. I still couldn't really figure it out. It looks like a train runs every 1/2 hour or so from Civitavechia to Rome and back.

Earlier I had included a link to a hop on/hop off bus (HOHO) at Viator . Viator is a very organized company and this seems to be a good option if we just want an overview. Another HOHO bus is offered by Trambus.
