I know that probably no one besides Carol reads this blog, but I had to post a link to this blog by Crazy Aunty Purl. This is a woman who has a knitting blog, and wrote a pretty funny book called Drunk, Divorced and Covered in Cat Hair. She recently decided to go to Rome by herself and she posts pictures of things she did in Rome. I am so proud of her and know that we will also have a great time in Rome. Even if we don't get blessed by the Pope! Go Laurie!

I am so glad you posted here blog. It made Rome sound so fun. I was really looking forward to it, but now even more. I hope Lesley and Judy read it. She is really fun and I like how she writes.
I should loan you her book. It is very real, not hysterically funny because it is about her divorce, but sort of real. I was so excited to see the pictures of Rome!
